Legit Click Media, LLC (“We,” “Us,” “Its,” or “Our”) operates its principal business in the State of Wisconsin in the Town of Lawrence and serves customers in the United States and elsewhere. We operate legitclickmedia.com and related applications and services, including Legit Click Media Reporting. Users can access information about the services we manage, industry and related news on our blog, and our contact information.
Users may submit personally identifiable information, including their name, email address, phone number, and company name. This information is primarily collected through the contact form on our website or when a user or client communicates with us.
This Privacy Policy also applies to Legit Click Media Reporting, our client-authorized reporting and analytics application. Legit Click Media Reporting may connect to third-party platforms, including Google services, when an authorized user or client grants access. The application uses connected account data only to provide the reporting, analytics, integration, support, and related services requested by the client or authorized user.
Information about you and your company may also be collected verbally during phone calls, in-person meetings, or through written communications such as electronic mail, facsimile, or handwritten correspondence. This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect through these communications, our website, and Legit Click Media Reporting.
Under no circumstances will we sell your personally identifiable information or Google user data. We do not disclose personally identifiable information to third parties for their independent marketing, advertising, data-broker, or other unrelated commercial purposes.
We may share or permit processing of personal information when reasonably necessary to provide services requested by you or your company; with service providers acting on our behalf and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations; at your direction or with your consent; to protect the security or integrity of our services; to prevent fraud or abuse; or when required by applicable law. Examples of information used publicly at your direction or with your permission could include your company’s logo or a written testimonial received from you on behalf of your company.
We use analytics and similar technologies on legitclickmedia.com to gather information about site visits. This information may include your IP address and information about the pages you visit, how you interact with the site, and how long you remain on particular pages. We use this information for internal analytics, security, website operation, and service improvement. Analytics information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, but we do not sell it or disclose it to third parties for their independent marketing or data-broker purposes.
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this Privacy Policy page, and the “Updated” date above will be revised. If a change materially affects how we access or use Google user data, we will update the applicable disclosures and obtain additional authorization or consent when required before using Google user data for a new purpose.
When an authorized user connects a Google account to Legit Click Media Reporting or otherwise authorizes Legit Click Media to access Google services on the user’s or client’s behalf, we may access information made available through Google APIs and the OAuth permissions that the user approves. We request access only to permissions reasonably necessary to provide the enabled reporting, analytics, and integration features.

We will not access additional categories of Google user data for a materially different purpose without updating this Privacy Policy and obtaining any additional authorization or consent required by Google or applicable law.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing services requested by the client or authorized user. These uses may include retrieving authorized performance data; consolidating data from multiple reporting sources; preparing dashboards, reports, summaries, and visualizations; analyzing marketing and business performance; answering user-requested reporting questions; maintaining authorized integrations; troubleshooting data connections; and providing related client support.
We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, interest-based advertising, data-broker activities, surveillance, credit-worthiness determinations, or lending decisions.
Legit Click Media Reporting may use automated or AI-assisted analysis to generate reports, summaries, visualizations, and answers requested by authorized users. Google user data is used only as necessary to provide those user-facing reporting features. Where third-party technology or service providers are used to help provide an AI-assisted feature, they may process data only on our behalf and as necessary to provide the requested service, subject to applicable contractual, confidentiality, and security requirements.
Legit Click Media does not use Google user data to train or improve generalized, foundation, or public artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not authorize service providers acting on our behalf to use Google user data for those purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect connected account data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, destruction, or disclosure. Google user data and reporting data may be stored or processed using secure cloud infrastructure and systems used to provide the contracted reporting service.
We use security controls designed to protect Google user data both in transit and at rest. Access to systems containing connected account data is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who require access to operate, secure, support, or maintain the service and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or use Google user data for unrelated advertising, interest-based advertising, data-broker activities, surveillance, or credit or lending decisions.
We may share or permit processing of Google user data only as necessary to provide or improve the user-facing services that the client or authorized user has requested and authorized; with service providers acting on our behalf and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations; at the direction of or with the consent of the client or authorized user; for security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-investigation purposes; or when required by applicable law.
Legit Click Media personnel or authorized contractors will not read or manually access connected Google user data unless one of the following applies: the client or authorized user has provided affirmative permission for the specific access needed to provide requested support or troubleshooting; access is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating a bug, suspected abuse, or unauthorized access; access is necessary to comply with applicable law; or the data has been aggregated and is used for permitted internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy and legal requirements.
We retain Google user data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the service, or comply with applicable law and Google requirements. If Google authorization is revoked or the applicable client service ends, we stop collecting new data through that authorization and delete or de-identify Google user data that is no longer needed in accordance with our retention procedures.
OAuth access or refresh tokens are retained only while reasonably necessary to maintain an authorized connection and are deleted, invalidated, or otherwise no longer used when the applicable authorization is revoked or no longer required. Clients and authorized users may request deletion of Google user data by contacting us using the information below.
Users may revoke Legit Click Media Reporting’s access to their Google account through their Google Account permissions or by contacting Legit Click Media. Revoking access may prevent some reporting, analytics, or integration features from continuing to function. Users and clients may also contact us to request deletion of data associated with an authorized connection, subject to any lawful or contractual retention requirements.
Legit Click Media Reporting’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Legit Click Media Reporting may also receive or process information from non-Google platforms that a client has asked us to connect for reporting or analytics purposes, such as advertising, analytics, call-tracking, customer relationship management, or similar business systems. Information obtained from these platforms is used to provide the requested reporting, analytics, integration, and support services and may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf. The privacy practices and terms of the third-party platforms themselves are governed by their own policies.
